Restaurant Style Beetroot Soup Recipe- Super Suvai Tamil

As we know root vegetables are highly nutritious and it also tastes good.In this blog post, I am sharing a healthy restaurant-style Beetroot soup recipe. It can be prepared within 45 minutes and this recipe is very easy and healthy.

Ingredients required for Beetroot soup recipe:
- Beetroot (Sengkilangu)- 250 grams
- Big Onion (Periya Vengayam)-one
- Potato (Urulaikilangu)- one
- Lemon (Elumichai Palam)- half
- Mint Leaves (Pudina)- for seasoning
- Fresh cream (Paledu)- half cup
- Pepper Powder (Milagu Thool)- As required
- Salt (Uppu in Tamil)- As required
- Oil (Ennai)- For tempering purpose
Beetroot Soup Recipe Cooking Method:
- Peel off the skin from beetroot and potato. Boil the beetroot and potato in water till it cooks perfectly
- Finely chop the onion, heat some oil in the pan, and heat the chopped onion for a few minutes
- Then boil the sauteed onions in water and add the boiled onion, beetroot, potato to a mixer and grind it into a fine paste.
- Then in a pan add this beetroot paste, the lemon juice, and let it boil.
- Add pepper powder, salt, and the required amount of water and let it boil well.
- Finally, add some cream and mint leaves to the beetroot soup.
- Serve it hot with some toasted bread.
