In this article, I am going to discuss the Vegetable Noodles recipe. Noodles are a very simple and easy food recipe. I always prefer homemade noodles instead of packed noodles because of health reasons, so try to make noodles at home.

The noodles recipe is very simple but we have to cook it concerned because if we overcook the noodles it will become ropy. For two people you can follow this quantity of ingredients. Preparing it takes 5 minutes. For cooking, it takes 15 minutes.

Ingredients required for Vegetable Noodles:

  • Vegetable Noodles (KaaiKari Noodles)- 2 packets
  • Big Onions (Periya Vengayam)-two
  • Tomato (Thakkali)-two nos
  • Mixed carrot, beans, peas - one cup
  • Fennel Seeds (Sombu)- half tablespoon
  • Oil (Ennai)- 3 Spoons
  • Noodles Tastemaker (Noodles Masala)- 2 packets
  • Coriander leaves (Kothamalli Ilai)- As required
  • Salt (Uppu in Tamil)- As required
  • Water (Thanneer)- four cups

Vegetable Noodles recipe Cooking Method:

  1. Boil some water in the vessel, add noodles in the boiling water don't overcook the noodles.
  2. When the noodles are cooked, drain the water from the noodles and moisten the noodles with oil.
  3. Store the Noodles cooked water in a separate bowl for further purposes.
  4. Finely mince the onions, tomatoes, vegetables.
  5. In the pan, add the required amount of oil and add finely minced Onion and saute it.
  6. After the onion turns pink, add finely minced tomatoes and saute it well.
  7. When it is half cooked, add vegetables and saute it thoroughly.
  8. Now add Tastemakers and salt.
  9. Add noodles boiled water to the vegetables, when it is beginning to boil add the cooked noodles.
  10. Stir it well till there is no water remaining.
  11. Now you can serve the vegetable noodles.
